This reminds me of how I feel sometimes. Heart racing for no reason, entire body in fight or flight mode for literally no reason. I eventually learned I have a minor sporadic SVP, and I think one explains the other.
The weird thing, cracking my back normally CALMS ME DOWN. So… yeah. Good luck not exploding, Tanner.
